A blend of 75% Cabernet Franc and 25% Petit Verdot. Aged 16 months in French Oak. Stunning ruby in color, medium in body, dark cherry and violet aromas on the nose. The palate has tantalizing flavors of strawberry, smoky tomato, and red plum. Pair with roasted duck, grilled eggplant, cured meats, or blue cheese.
77% Cabernet Franc, 10% Petit Verdot, 10% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 17 months in a mixture of French and American oak.
