2022 Viognier
Aromas of white tea, tangerine zest, starfruit a slight toastiness with mouth-watering flavors of apricot, peach, hints of pink grapefruit and honeysuckle. A lovely combination of perfumed, floral aromatics and stone fruit flavors with a smooth finish. Steel fermented with 1/3 of the lot being aged for 3 months in acacia barrels then blended. Acacia provides for a rounded finish and adds a welcoming hint of toast and vanilla.
