2021 Bourbon Street

Bourbon street, named after the famous street in New Orleans is an homage to Breaux's Cajun roots.  43% Petit Verdot, 29% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Franc, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon.  This lively red wine was aged for 16 months in used Bourbon barrels.  This brings a fun, festive flavor to a very fruit forward wine with notes of smoky wood, sweet vanilla and toasty caramel.  Pair with lamb shanks, Osso Bucco or even s'mores.  Better yet, try with your favorite cigar!
