2021 Sauvignon Blanc Reserve
Bright, zesty, and crisp! This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, fermented in stainless steel, and finished in French Oak. This wine has a nice pale straw hue and aromas of grass and toast on the nose. With plenty of weight on the palate, the hint of brioche on the front complements the acidity from the lemon lime finish. Pair with goat cheese or a spring vegetable quiche.
