Pronounced like "heritage", the Meritage is a Bordeaux-style blend of 44% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 6% Petit Verdot. Aged in French oak for 18 months this beautiful ruby-red wine gives off an elegant bouquet of dark candied fruits, toast, and anise which carry through to the palate and culminate in a beautiful, long finish.
