2005 Soleil

This luscious and particularly complex blend of late harvest grapes is the result of sweet ripe fruit, kissed by the warm October sun (soleil) of the 2005 vintage.
This ice wine pairs beautifully with white chocolate, fresh grapes served with blue cheese, caramelized fruits, creme brulee, and nutty cakes. Or try macerating stone fruits in the wine and serving them on their own!
